How We Work
We create original design weddings using each bride as inspiration. We make sure production of a beautiful wedding becomes a special ritual. Thanks to our unique approach this process becomes fascinating, interesting, easy, and very pleasant. Each wedding we do the same way we'd do it for ourselves, with love, care, and transparency.
Each wedding budget consists of real costs and a payment for event designer work. We are not hiding our vendors and provide you with their original cost estimates beforehand, so you can see the real numbers and have a voice in supplier selection. We are interested in result, so we optimize expenses as much as possible, while you know exactly where every dollar you spent is going.
We developed a proprietary program, allowing to go over all main event design questions and decisions in just 4 meetings, saving you time for other important things. You won't need to endlessly surf the web searching for ideas, great pictures, or inexpensive vendors. We'll do all this work for you, providing you with effective final result - sketches, budget, technical tasks for suppliers, build-out timing.
Don't know how to choose a venue?
We'll provide you with a list of venues ideally fitting the style of wedding you want to have.
Don't know what style of dress would fit?
Each bride gets an image guide, providing suggestions on style of clothing, hair, accessories for her and the groom.
Feel anxiety fearing your expectations and reality will be worlds apart?
With our scaled sketches, open vendor estimates, and step-by-step control over each supplier, you can rest assured you'll get what you wanted.
We take care of your potential problems before they become real.

The Second Meeting
In the second meeting you will see a budget proposal, design sketches, presentation, detailing the proposed materials and supplies, their specifications, bride's and bridesmaid's bouquets. If you like what you see, at the end of the meeting we sign an agreement. At that point we need to receive a 70% deposit to launch project full speed. Depending on a project scale and schedule, we may offer an option of only a 40% deposit to start the most urgent work right away. In this case, you will be provided with a custom balance payment schedule.
The Third Meeting
We discuss important details, i.e. guest sitting, menu printing, samples of the materials, you'll receive printed invitations. As an option we can present a sample table setting. By this meeting we will need to receive the balance of the 70% deposit to be able to pay all the suppliers.
The Fourth Meeting
In the forth and final meeting we finalize timing, synchronize our plans, confirm and approve completed parts of the project. In this meeting we need to receive the final 30% payment for our services.
